What is Dandruff? 

Dandruff is a common scalp condition that causes flaky skin and an itchy scalp. It 

occurs, essentially, when small bits of dry skin are shed from the scalp.

It's a very common condition in people of all ages, but it is more common from the teenage years up to midlife.

• Irritated, oily skin

• Dry skin 

Risk factors causing dandruff

• Yellowish to reddish scaly raised bumps along the hairline (in severe cases)

• Red and greasy patches of skin and a tingly feeling on the skin are also symptoms.
